Large part of our Collection (448 000 compounds) is presented as scaffold based libraries (based on 773 scaffolds). Please note, however, that ALL the compounds from Libraries are also present in either Stock or Tangible parts of the database.
To easily analyze libraries we offer you can download an Excel file or a ISIS BASE .db file with the list of corresponding scaffolds. If you are interested in any particular scaffold you can download a corresponding db or sdf files, which contains only compounds from this particular library.
We also offer carefully designed targeted libraries including kinase, protease, nuclear receptors, ion channel, GPCR and other. For more information please go to section Targeted libraries.
The compounds in Collection of Small Organic Molecules generally obey Lipinski's "rule of five" making them ideal candidates for drug discovery.
