Diversity libraries based on 551 templates include about 250 000 compounds. Targeted libraries include traditional Kinase, Protease, Nuclear Receptor, Ion Channel, GPCR targeted libraries obtained by virtual screening with significantly larger number of compounds compared to the previous database issue.

The first time on this issue we present Human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 Tyrosine Kinase (FGFR1K) , 3-Phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1 (PDK-1) and adenosine receptor targeted libraries The other part of the Collection is building blocks for discovery with more than 4 000 original intermediates.

For convenience of our customers we have changed the format of our downloadable files. Now these are selfextract executable files, which are considerably smaller in size than the db and sdf files we have presented previously. We will be very happy to know your opinion about this format change.
